Our Leipzig-style Gose is pleasantly acidic with lime-like tartness and a little funk from our unique, indigenous mixed culture kettle souring process, all balanced by the spicy character of added coriander and a mineral-mouthfeel from the addition of hand-harvested French grey sea salt.

Thin white head left a white wine coloured still body. Wine white & saline aroma. Medium to thin bodied, well carbonated & sharp as a pin on the tongue with clean dry back. Acidic, white wine, salt, herbal & lime tastes.

355ml can. Pale yellow gold colour, white foam head leaving alittle lacing and aroma of wheat, spices, salty. Taste is sour, grainy wheat, salty, tangy, citric rind, with some coriander notes. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft to medium carbonation, sour & salty finish. Quite drinkable.

Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy nice acetic aroma. Nice powerfull acetic/salty flavor. Average finish. Oily palate.

At Bier Baron Tavern. Poured a very clear yellow color with a not much of a head to speak of in this particular glass. Aroma was light sour, light tartness. Some mild salinity, coriander. Very light. Decent.

Sample at SBWF 2018. Golden with a minmal head. Aroma of lemon, salt and hints of funk. The same in the taste. Soft and easy to drink with a light body.
