Our Leipzig-style Gose is pleasantly acidic with lime-like tartness and a little funk from our unique, indigenous mixed culture kettle souring process, all balanced by the spicy character of added coriander and a mineral-mouthfeel from the addition of hand-harvested French grey sea salt.

Cloudy dark blond color, no head. Mild fruity touch mingles with lactic fermentation, light saltiness adds a layer; a bit lemony. Bready in the final, obviously with low bitterness.

Sample at the "Drink Moar Beer!" tasting on 06/12/2015: Hazy golden color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of lemons, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of tart salty citrus, yeast and biscuit malt. The finish is fruity with a tart lemony aftertaste. Above average overall.

Many thanks to Rian for sharing. Nice fresh sourish beginning. Nice sour citrus notes, fresh, easy to drink. Round and smooth with a nice fruity sourness in the aftertaste. No bitterness, fresh, not much salt there, round and fresh!!!

Can shared by Ken at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours very hazy orange color - very little head. Aroma is mind bending sour. Flavor is mouth twisting sour - guessing pedio and lactic - and many citrus aspects; earthy; really good. Really!
