Mocha Machine is a well-engineered endeavor in massive aromatics and rich flavors. Brewed with an array British and German malts, this burly brew is infused with masterfully roasted coffee from Portola Coffee Lab in Costa Mesa, CA. It is then aged on cacao nibs from Ecuador, adding an awesomely deep dimension of fudge.

Pour is a black with a big foamy tan head. Aroma is a real nice char without being burnt and a nice roasted peanut, Flavor is a big hit of roasted nuts with a bit of bitter coffee and a final hit of bakers chocolate. This has a lot going for it. Decent roast with a big time nuttiness and a silky smooth mouthfeel.

Can from Bine & Vine. Pours very dark brown with a creamy/foamy tan head. Aroma of fantastic coffee with a bit of chocolate in support. Approaching full bodied. Flavor is strong, excellent coffee with definite chocolate accompaniment. Not very dry. Coffee bitter. Very tasty.

On tap - Pours almost black with a small tan head. A rich roasted coffee aroma, roasted malt, coffee grounds with a hint of bourbon. A smooth creamy coffee taste, medium sweet, roasted malt and velvety chocolate flavours with a warming lingering light roasted finish.

Soft dark brown body and modest foam, strong coffee on the nose. Flavour is big sweey coffee with chocolate syrup hints. Full and sweet mouthfeel in a good way. Nice stuff.

Draft. A dark brown beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma has notes of chocolate, coffee, and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of chocolate, roasted malt, and coffee, leading to a bitter finish.

Can. A light tan head settles to a cm on a black beer. Aroma of coffee, burnt caramel, some chocolate, some capsicum. Medium bodied, lowish carbonation. It is very sweet but there is countering bitterness, roast and bitter chocolate. Some licorice at the end. A bit dull.
