Das „Kettle Soured“ Handspatz ist unser Einstieg in die große weite Sauerbierwelt. Fruchtig, erfrischend und super süffig. Dieses mal haben wir eine große Portion Brombeere zum Bier hinzugegeben. Das gibt eine tolle violette Farbe und einen lecker fruchtig herben Beerengeschmack. Perfekt im Spätsommer und Herbst, schmeckt aber auch im restlichen Jahr.

Spritziger, nur wenig säuerlicher Beginn. Brombeeren, feine Karbonisierung, geringe Herbe. Süffig, moderat fruchtig, trockener Hintergrund, natürlich. Langer süffiger Abgang, kaum noch sauer. 9/10/11/11/11/11

33cl can. A hazy purple red beer with a beige head. Aroma of tart red berries, lactic fruits. Taste of tart cherries, red berries, wood, grapes.

330ml can. Hazy, redd-ish brown colour with small, frothy, diminishing, white head. Lactic, minimally fruity aroma, notes of sauerkraut, a touch of bramble. Taste is tart, lactic, fruity, minimally sweet and spicy, hints of bramble, a touch of cinnamon. Watery texture, minimally astringent, minimally cloying palate, soft to flat carbonation. Quite monotonous, lackadaisical, rather restricted and with it also unspecific fruitiness - not really bad but prosy.
