Not bad, this mock-franconian Kellerbier. Unfortunately just a copy...

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, malty, spicy. More and more hoppy notes with a light fruity touch. Well balanced finish. Quite drinkable. Nice!

Bottle from the brewery. Smooth mild beginning. Easy to drink, fruity and grainy. Easy to drink, malt, grain, fruit and smooth mild yeast.

50cl bottle. A clear yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of moderate grassy and spicy bitter hops. Taste of dry grassy bitter hops, citrus, grains, pale malt.

4/8/2018. Bottle at Die Bierothek® Würzburg. Pours slightly hazy dark gold with a modest off-white head. Aroma of hops, fruit, malt, caramel and light risen. Moderate sweetness with medium bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Not bad.
