Dank am See! Flasche: Dishwater-like coloured, cloudy, small and loose off-white foamy layer, Booth fresh citrussy and phenolic-yeast nose; moderate dryish bitter flavour, Löw sweetness, more light than medium bodied, tart; dry grapefruity-bitter finish, increasing tartness towards the and, necrotic yeast as a final Impression. A Bier, that the world needs now...

0,33 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! Unclear golden in the glass, more than one finger white foamy head. Dry grainy smell with burnt plastic. Taste starts with licorice and burnt plastic, some sweetness with caramel. Medical. Weird. Very low carbonated. Wrong bottle? Went to the sink ...

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing. A hazy deep golden beer with a off white head. Aroma of sharp grainy malt, yeast, spices. Taste of moderate grassy and spicy bitter hops, yeast, herbal malt, moderate to high carbonation.

Many thanks to kappldav123 for this bottle! Grainy bitter beginning. Easy to drink, intense bittered with a grainy sticky body. Floral hops over an unbalanced bitterness with lots of grain on top. Bitter floral aftertaste, lots of grain, somehow strange.

Bottle from the brewery. Looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Hoppy flowery aroma, a bit soapy. Starts mild, sourish-lemon notes, still a bit soapy. Shy bitter background. Finish well balanced, soapy-malty. Not bad.
