Bottle, BB 08/12/07. Golden, light pearling carbonation, big foamy eggshell head. Aroma starts dusty and grainy with some phenolic play, deepens into a vinous grape note. Unexpectedly strong apricot flavor, fermenting oranges, dry grainy and minerally notes lurk in the background, sponge retronasal. Metallic and yeasty finish - peters off into nothingness. Sparkly and dry mouthfeel.

Bottle: Orangey coloured, bigger rocky off-white head, hazy, lively carbonation; sweetish-fruity aroma (oranges, orange-peel); stronger sweetish-fruity flavour, velvet mouthfeel; shorter, fruity finish (oranges again), becoming a bit dryer towards the end; slightly tart and alcoholic aftertaste. Well rounded, warming brew, lacks a bit some bitterness...............

Bottled. Hazy yellowish orange colour with mediumsized white creamy head. Sweet fruity aroma with hints of wheat. Flavour fruity with sting of alcohol. Abrupt end of flavour, no finish and aftertaste. Quite non-saying Tripel.

(Bottle 33 cl) Light golden and hazy with a huge head (Shavingfoam-style). Very fruity and extremely sweet. Bordering on nauseating. But an underlying bitterness makes it drinkable, but this is not exactly an easy access-beer. 270804

A clear orange beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma is very sweet with notes of yeast, coriander, and oranges. The flavor is sweet, very smooth, slightly spicy combined with oranges - after awhile the sweetness is almost too much, but then a pleasant dry end sets in.

Golden, a bit hazy, decent white head, lace. Hoppy, slightly alcoholic and spicey/herbal nose. Medium to full-bodied warming brew. Toffee sweetness (which seems to be a trademark of Silly beers) and grapefruit bitterness. Alcoholic kick in the finish with some hoppy bitterness. (6/2/7/3/12 3.0)

Bottle. Bready, almost pilsner-like aroma. Hint of fruit, though. Flavour is at first full, malty and yeasty, but then it turns a bit metallic. Colour is slightly cloudy yellow. Everything about this beer reminds me of pils, except the fruityness.
