Une saveur jonglant à la fois avec fraîcheur et chaleur, alliant une bonne amertume.
Dès la première gorgée, elle couvre l’entièreté du palais où elle dégage une nouvelle sensation vivifiante, vanillée et un peu poivrée.

Blonde color, huge head. Simple aroma, honeyish, grassy. Sweetish flavor (which is good for this kind of beer), with sweet honeyish malt and some Belgian character from the yeast and hops. Pleasant.

Golden color; creamy head. Nice tripel aroma, maltier, light fruitness. Smooth taste, sweeter in the front and then drier, malty, with a delicate liquorice note at the end. Original as Christmas beer, but well brewed.

Huge, foamy white head, lacy. Chromate yellow beer, very clear. Grain, pale malt and very yeasty nose, malonate and aldehyde-ish. Taste is solvent-like, tart. Unpleasantly chemical, phenolic. A lot of sweets malts underneath. Quite some alcohol. A bit visceous. Some of the off-tastes keep lingering. A bit harsh palate, but the sweetness rounds it off, partly.
