Bottle. Clear golden amber with a white head that fades to a fat coat. Aroma is doughy and faintly boozy with some herbal notes. Taste is along those lines but a bit more rollicking - more presence, but also cruder. Dryish end with alcohol and some herbal bitter notes. Fair enough.

Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, yeast, malt, hops and has a sweet yeasty finish.
