A traditional & authentic old style Farm beer, pure malt and hops, infusion of 6 spices while brewing, dry hoping with a NZ hop, high fermentation. A smooth and slightly amber beer, with a warm and pleasant-tasting touch. Hints of caramel, spices and biscuits. Brewed only for the winter season.

Bottle from Geers. Amber colour, white foam. MAlty nose with notes of caramel, spices and some iron. Sour touch. Sweet. Ok.

F: very thin quick gone. C: amber/copper, clear. A: cinnamon, malt, some like “sour vegetables” tones, hint of cloves, alcohol. T: very malty, caramel, molasses, hint of cinnamon, cloves, spice, some grassy bitterness, hint of some sourness, average carbo, medium body, more than average but nothing very special.
