Tap at taphouse Clear dark brown smooth brown head. Roasted malts in the aroma. Kinda mild. Flavor is more potent. Hard roasted malts with a bitter hoppy balance. Quite dry. However there is a faint sweet note like rye.

Draft. A black beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt and bread, leading to a bitter finish.

Draft @ Mikkeller & Friends, Copenhagen. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty chocolate aroma. Roasted malty caramel and chocolate flavor. Has a roasted malty caramel and chocolate finish.

Pours very dark brown with a fading head.Nose shows vanilla essence, soft roasted malt and faint smoke notes.Dry roast and toasty malt as flavours, along with a little vanilla. More smokey notes too.

Bottle at KØ15. Sweetish, vinous aroma. Black colour, red shine, seems clear. Very small head. The flavour is roasted, fruity and vinous with a mild vanilla finish.

0,33L bottle (from Špunka, Tallinn). Pours dark brown-black with light brownish head. The head stays for some time. Aroma is roast, chocolate, somewhat metallic. Flavor is sweet, roast, dark chocolate, malt, and ash. Body is rather thin Overall: meh.

Assuming this is the one. Thanks Davor for letting me sample this at the MBR! Black body with a huge tan head. Creamy, full aroma, caramel, grapes, slightly soapy. Creamy, mild taste, slightly dry, raisins. Meh... ok beer but would not have stood out much among the flight of Robust Porters I’d judged just before that. And it wasn’t a particularly good flight.

Bottle, KØ15. Pours hazy very dark brown with small off-white head. Clear aroma of malt, with roasty and smoky notes. Sweetish, malty and smoky flavour with roasty notes and touches of liquorice. Mild,mslightly roasty aftertaste. A little watery. Drinkable.
