Keg at Bottle Shop. It pours cloudy orange with minimal head. The nose is earthy, funky, Brett, orange peel, apricot, sherbet, Irn Bru, pissy, manure, barnyard and mild smoke. The taste is crisp, bitter, earthy, apricot, stewed orange, peach mouldy wood, barnyard, filth, damp leaf and dirt with a dry, earthy finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Big dirty funk beer solid. Maybe too much.

Keg at the brewery tap, 22/05/15. Hazed golden with a moderate off White covering. Nose is pissy citric rinds, Brett pangs up front, dungy tunes, on the turn melon, citric pith, earthy hops. Taste comprises big brett strokes, farmyard lemon rind, stale bread, tangerine. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid brett bomb ipa, pretty heavy at times bit drinkable none the less.

Sampled from keg at the brewery. Translucent yellow / straw coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is huge Brett, funk, sharp pineapple, straw, citric acid. Flavour is bready, pineapple and mango, big bretty funk, little acetone. Palate is full and a bit sticky, bready, moderate carbonation. Bit rough round the edges, but the concept is good.

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours moderately hazy gold with a creamy white head. Lots of poopy brett in the nose, some piney undertones, melon, citrus. Medium sweet flavor with assertive brett character, plenty of diapers, poo, earth, damp grass, moist wood, lemon pith. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Somewhat dry and sticky on the finish, lightly warming, with traces of grassy bitterness, more rindy citrus, plenty of soiled diaper, melon. Novel. Big on the brett.
