26/IX/15 - on tap @ Borefts 2015 (Bodegraven) - BB: n/a (2015-1343) Thanks to 77ships, Elmanana+1 and the Israeli beer tickers scene for sharing today's beers!
Clear pale yellow beer, creamy off-white head, stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: fruity, bit soapy, floral, peaches. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sour start, lemon juice, very bitter, grapefruit, herbal. Aftertaste: bit medicinal, sourish, yet it all works out for me. Like this one!

Keg at Borefts Beer Festival, De Molen, Bodegraven Friday 25th September 2015 in the company of Jackie and Simon Pours yellow with a small white head, a little sourness shows on the nose. Fruity, hoppy beer (a little lemon) the brett shows but doesn’t beat the base beer into submission, works quite well. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6

Tap @ Borefts 15. Hazy yellow with a small white head. Smells sourish mostly. Some yeast maybe. Tastes hops, sourish, wild yeast, herbs. Tastes infected to me. Not highly enjoyable but might pass as a saison. Medium body, nice carbo.

Tap. Friends of Ham, Leeds. Hazy, yellow gold. No head. Big, pear drop funk, on top of a punchy, citric, and tropical fruitiness. Cheesecake tartness. Taste is tart, dry, then crunchy, grapefruit bitter. Light, crisply elegant palate. Finishes light sour, and crisp, zesty bitter. Super easy drinking. Beautiful beer.

White Hart. Keg. Very hazy gold, no head. Palate is smooth but has fine carbonation on the back end. Starts with a smooth floralness and brief flash of peach. Mild citric peel in the mid. The back end is nearly all savoury brett that turns bitter. A light airy dry finish brings whispers of lemon and bitter mint. It’s too much about the yeast here and not enough about the hops. Gets chewy fairly quickly.
