75 cl bottle @ PBF Ⅸ, BBE 03/2015
Aroma has ripe apples, leathery tones and apple peel. Flavour has semi-ripe apples, some apple peel, . Palate feels rather leathery at the end. Very rich and nice for this ABV, just like their other 2% cider. A bit on the sweet and acidic side though, which start to disturb at the end of the glass.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks tomer. Clear golden. Aroma of apples, sugar, some sulfur and a light woody note. Sweetish flavor with apples and a bit of sugar. Finishes slightly drier. Light-bodied, pretty fizzy. Quite OK.

At a tasting, small stable head, clear deepish yellow colour, aroma of sour apples and yeast, clean apple flavour that is light on sweetness. Nice and easy to drink, should be good with food.
