Bottle at JBM, 29.8.2021, harvest 2017, 6,42% ABV. High sourness, moderate acetic too, medium horsey barnyard funk. Moderate raspberry too, full natural feeling, light tartness. Satisfyingly complex, tasty, quite good. 4,0 Rerate 28.2.2022, bottle at BBT 2/2022. The only change I am compelled to highlight is that there is shitloads of raspberries, not only moderate amount. Otherwise everything holds.
