Light in colour yet strong and misleading beer, inspired to Tripel beers, a Belgian beer-style born in abbeys. We decided to deconsecrate this style with loads of American hops. Flavor and taste play on the fine balance between dry patisserie and mature fruits, with a dry end. One more of it could hurt you.

Aroma is rather fruity with apricot and toffee candy. Flavour has alcohol, apricot, toffee candy and some sugary tones. A bit boozy but fruity and good tripel.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with small, frothy, rapidly diminishing, minimally lacing, white head. Sugary fruity, malty aroma, notes of boiled down apple and pear, spicy yeasty overtones add Saison resemblance, combined with a bubblegum touch even a bretty inkling. Taste is slightly bready malty, peppery spicy yeasty, minimally herbal, moderately bitter hoppy overtones, fruity and malty basis, boiled down apple and pear again, some peach and apricot. As we all could know, "Hops Kill Nazis", and that’s for good - indisputable; here we might suspect that hops kill some of the malt and hop potential - and that’s the case less advantageous.
