Foam party! When all that died down, it reveals an absolutely delicious porter. Lots of chocolate, good roastedness. Lovely bittersweetness.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles’s place. Thanks Tom L. Opens with a crazy gusher. Murky dark brown with a huge, quickly-collapsing, tan head. Aroma of roast, coffee, chocolate, a bit of yeast. Dry flavor, roasty, with coffee, a bit of dark chocolate, a bit of yeast, and a strong bitter hops finish, slightly harsh. Medium-bodied. Decent.
