Tap @ Beer Temple, sample size. Light hazy, light amber (or dark golden) color. Dense off white head. Aroma’s: tropical fruit, citrus, pine. Retronasal it’s sour fruit/citrus, floral hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate bitter, not as intense as expected from the aroma. Medium bodied. Long, rather bitter finish, floral/herbal.

Fra keg på Brewdog Clapham Junction 29 Nov 15. Mørk amber. Filmskum. Ferskenaroma. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken lett fruktig. Mørke plommer. Blir vel søt og uvariert.

Draught @ BBB. Pours hazy pale amber with a small off white head that doesn’t leave much trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is slightly malty and slightly fruity with dark bread, caramel, cereal, grapefruit juice, mango, kumquats, moist grass, pine needles, minerals and lemon zest. Taste is sweet, bitter, slightly malty, tiny fruity, slightly grassy and slightly floral. Mouthfeel is soft, round, tiny astringent, tiny boozy and medium bodied. Finish is sweet and tiny bitter with dark bread, caramel, grapefruit juice, mango, pineapple, moist grass, pine needles, kumquats and lemon zest. Bit dark in the malts for me but nice kumquat/mango fruitiness. --- Beer merged from original tick of Dippy and the Equinox on 02 Dec 2015 at 18:58 - Score: 7. Original review text: Bit dark in the malts for me with caramel and bread. Nice kumquat/mango fruitiness. Solid but not my IIPA.

Fatööl Biskopen Malmöööö. Doftar oerhört kraftigt av tropiska frukter. Smakar?? Mycket humlig av Persika, sen kommer apelsin å fiin smak av den där grapefruiten. Eftersmak mest grape å lite apelsin. Lågt kolsyrad bra i westcoast stil. . Medelfyllig till fyllig Dipa. Mycket spännande och god.

Draught. Light hazy amber liquid with medium white head. Aroma of raw sugar, caramel, citrus, lemon peel, tangerine and sweet booze. Taste is light sweet and medium bitter with notes of raw sugar, booze, caramel and earth. Medium to full bodied with medium carbonation. Just how I don’t want my DIPAs. Ough.

Light brown color with an off-white head with good duration and nice lacework. Aroma has notes of resins, pine, light caramel and bitter orange. Flavor with a strong bitterness but easy drinkable, notes of pine, grapefruit and orange peel. Decent bitterness final with good duration.
