Bottle from Gabriel/Erzengel. Cheers. Piney resinous aroma with a fruity edge. Amber. Thin bubbly off-white head. Medium-heavy bitter. Sour edged stone fruit. A sugary sweetness comes to the fore into the finish and gradually becomes prominent. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Prickly fizzy carbonation. Astringent. Balances hoppiness with the sugary sweetness. Decent stuff.

Bottle. Pours nearly clear amber with airy but stable off-white head. Clear aroma of hops and tea, with estery notes and touches of pine. Bitter flavour of hops and tea, with grassy notes and estery touches. Bitter aftertaste with estery touches. Not bad but the only mysticism I find here stems from my second most beloved drink: tea.

Bottle, 7.0%. Teaish and caramelly hop aroma. Clear dark copper colour. Very big stable rocky off-white head. The flavour is sweet and spicy. Good teaish hop flavour, caramelly and slightly soapy. Good mouthfeel.

From the bottle. Deep amber with a frothy off white head that lingers. Citrus and caramel aroma with some strawberries thrown in. Taste is straightforward bitter from beginning to end. Texture is rather mealy, like a sort of cardboard puree. Gives it a body to the heavy side of medium. The moderate carbonation has a sprudelig mineral water clang. Drinkable but fails to captivate.

Tap at Frisches Bier. Floral hop aromatics, dark amber, fluffy offwhite head. Light dry caramel sugar base, grassy notes, citric, rose petals (its all in the name ;) quite pleasant and round dry chewy body, aromatic finish.
