Bottle, 330 ml at Badfish, Berlin. Pours cloudy orange with medium white head. Some hoppiness, caramel, apricot, herbal notes, vague bitterness. Medium bodied.

Weizen-IPAs sind eher eine Seltenheit. Ein IPA, das mit Gersten und Weizenmalz gebraut ist, findet man sicher nur im Fachhandel. Ich finde, das ist auch gut so, dass nur erfahrene Brauer so ein Bier zutrauen und man so eine gewisse Qualitäts-Sicherheit hat. Dieses ist wirklich gut gelungen. Gebraut mit Pale Ale-, Carahell- und Caraamber-Malz (Gerstenmalze) sowie Weizenmalz und gewürzt mit den Hopfensorten Summit, Cascade, Amarillo und Crystal entsteht ein wahrer Regenbogen an Aromen. Fruchtig und hopfig -alles ist vertreten und gut komponiert. Man findet auch "Kamutflocken" auf der Zutatenliste. Hierbei handelt es sich um ein Urgetreide, das man häufig im Müsli findet. Dies erklärt einen (wirklich sehr leichten) Breigeschmack. Nicht nur wegen der hübschen Flasche ein ausgezeichnetes Bier.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, malt, bitter hops, fruits and has a nice bitter finish.

Bottle at home, hazy red brow, small head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops. Taste is the sweet, sweet, bitter, some weird aftertaste... meh

330 ml bottle at Naiv, Frankfurt. Light unclear orange color with off white head. Malty and light hoppy aroma, bread, caramel, some herbal notes, light fruity. Sweet and light bitter taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

0,2l from tap at Stadtboden Vienna. Amber quite hazy color, small white head. smells of exotic fruits, mango, light caramel, nice smell overall. Medium to full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes lemon grass, citric, some exotic fruits, some caramel, light stale hops, pines. finishes lightly bitter and also lightly sweet with notes of pines, citrus and some caramel. drinks quite good, very light off notes, but overall still quite nice beer, a bit on the sweet side but not in a bad way.
