Bottle @ Billie’s Bierkafetaria. Hazy yellow, white foam. Nose of citrus, orange peel, caramel. Yeasty with notes of coriandar. Ok witbier.

Caña en el Lupulo 02..01..2016. (r462). Color amarillento con espuma blanca. Aromas y sabores suaves maltosos y cereales algo dulces con ligeros cítricos y herbaceos. Cuerpo ligero 5.5 vol que se bebe como nada. Muy suave en todo. Normal.

Bottle - Very sweet, light honey and herbal flowery notes.. Clear light gold with a decent white head. Sweet, light citrus and some flowery notes. Not bad.

Pours greenish golden with abundant ivory head. Aroma reminds of essential oils and smells artificial, too heavy and excessive. Watery, barely carbonated. Short finish.

Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head, Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, coriander and yeast. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long yeasty, coriander and citrus finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Small brown bottle, trying to decipher the code on the bottle, bottled on August or September2014 at WOB at Easton mall. Hazy pale golden with medium white head. Aroma is nice coriander, medium body, medium carbonation, and good small bubble lacing. Taste is coriander, some lemon, and wheaty.

Caracole’s wit, with a misty ochre blonde colour and creamy snow white head with good retention. Fruity and wheaty nose, sweetish with a soft sourishness and elegant spiciness, some citrus, some coriander. Soft mouthfeel, refreshing, sweetish, mellow, yeasty with a dryish finish. Another Hoegaarden clone, but a rather nice one this time, with an artisanal quality and good balance.

33 cl. bottle @ home. Procured from Willems & Zoon. Totally hazy citrus golden, solid fluffy white head. Nose is sweet yoghurt like wheat mixed with dash of soda, artificial lemon, good artificial lemonade,… Taste is artificial lemon sorbet, meringue sweet sugary wheat, soda, artificial lemonade, good kind of sweetener, candy,… Tad coriander, spices in the back. Thicker soda / starch body. Tastes artificial but still very good for the style, granted a style of which I’m not the biggest fan.
