Wolf Carte Blanche is a distinct, adventurous hopped top-fermented beer, expertly brewed with 5 different hop varieties. The aroma consists of a carefully selected balance of unique floral shades and a surprising spiciness, complemented by a hint of citrus and delicious tropical fruit. Fermentation in the bottle gives it a pleasant full rich taste and a refreshing sparkle in the glass. A real treat for the beer enthusiast!

33 cl bottle. Pours cloudy orange to yellow. White head. Aroma is estery and mild fruity. Sweet, slight fruity. Mellw and slight herbal to phenolic. Dry and slight herbal finish.

Fles gedeeld met LiekevdV. Het is een oranje geel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een moutige geur. De smaak is vol en licht kruidig.

Bubbly white head left a frothy cover on a finely carbonated dark golden body. Zesty citrus aroma. Medium to full body. Feels like champagne on the tongue. Clean on the palate. Sweet citrus, orange, yeast, peach & apple followed by a long bitter/sweet aft.

Bottle. Blurred yellow honey color, delicate white foam. Aroma: pears and apples, esters, malt, candies, sherry. Taste: light sweetness, pear, semi-dry sherry, apple seeds, mild hop bitterness.

Lichtgeel bier met stevig schuim. Smaak is krachtig, hoppig en lichtzoet met iets van kardemon en ananas. Erg goed bier, smaak blijft lang hangen

Level 42 botteshare. Thanks to Fergus. Hazy gold beer, thin cream colour head. Airy palate, Dry floral bitterness. Paper. Bitter dry fruits, Dry finish. Bitter linger. Meh!

Bottle shared at level 42 Canary wharf tasting. 11/07/2016. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is apple, Belgian, phenols, straw, honey. Flavour is composed of light grains, Belgian yeast, phenols, jammy fruits, little orange rind, Warming alcohol. Little sweet honey. Palate is semi sweet grainy, highish carbonation. Little solvent.
