Hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is airy and light with mild minerally crispness. Light floralness before nice lime sherbet. Mild yeast. Light crisp finish. Refreshingly sherbet and light.

Keg at the Euston Tap, 15/01/14. Hazed orange amber with a moderately appointed white head that retains well. Nose is lemon rind, straw, farmy, lime cordial, bitter orange, light sweat. Taste comprises citric dipped straw, lemon rind, lime jus, farmyard, hay, light funkdom, earthy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry grass laden closure. Super refreshing saison with subtle hop undertones. The lime is well integrated and not overbearing as per other ’Lime’ beers I’ve encountered.

Keg at the brewery. Clouded yellow straw coloured pour with a big frothy white head. Aroma is hay straw cereal, sharp lime. Flavour is crisp lime, bready wheat cereal. Some spicy saison yeast character, but fairly subdued. Palate is light and a touch thin. Average carbonation. Tasty.
