Sehr runder, deutlich malziger Antrunk. Schokoladig, steigende Intensität. Sehr aromatisch, Vanille, vollmundig, extrem süffig. Genial! 11/13/12/11/10/11

Keg at the Brewdog AGM 2014. Murky brown caramel coloured pour with a thin scummy tan head. Aroma is nice earthy roast, touch of coffee and some earthy, light citrus hop. Flavour is earthy rounded coffee, semi sweet choc, then considerable earthy pine resin hop in the tail end. Lightly chewy palate medium body and lowish carbonation. Light mineral content in the water profile. Solid porter shame the pour didn’t look very good.

Bottle from The St Albans beer shop, 5.7% ABV on the label. A black coloured pour with a medium beige head on top. Roasty, malty, dark fruit aroma. Tastes smilar, roasty, malty, dark fruit, slightly bitter, some liquorice in there and a hint of dark chocolate. Decent porter from SE London.
