We have been preserving lemons in salt and lemon juice throughout the winter, ready to brew this refreshing, zesty summer special.
Gose, is a traditional German-style sour wheat beer, usually brewed with coriander and salt. Once nearly extinct, this very refreshing style is making a comeback and we thought it would provide the perfect backbone to this wonderfully complex summer beer.
A fabulous citrus accompaniement to fish dishes, or it could act as a sour lemon pickle to Moroccan food.

Tap at Wiz. I should really stop trying Wild Beers as I think I've only liked about one out of ten. Smells like lemsip, watery, not even really sour. Not worth it in the slightest.

330ml bottle. Poured a slightly hazy yellow straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeasty, lemon lime citrus. The flavour is moderate sour, with a light, crisp, fresh, yeasty, light biscuit, tart citrus palate. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation.

Shared at a tasting, fizzy carbonation, quite clear palish yellow color, lactic spicy, mellow lemon sourness, yoghurt, saltiness in the end, greenish notes and a bit of wood. Very easy and really enjoyable.

Shared at KJUBZT March ‘19. Pours a clear pale yellow-ish colour and a white head, quickly disappearing. Aroma's: salty, citrussy, sweetish. Retronasal it's sourish, salty, lemon. Flavour is moderate sour and light salty. Light bodied. SLightly dry finish.

Bottle shared at KJUBZT March ‘19. Perfectly clear golden with a ring white head. Aroma of lemon, yoghurt and light herbs. Flavour is above light sweet, bitter and light moderate sour. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.
