33 cl. bottle obtained in a trade with Dedollewaitor. Thx! Drank @ home. Very dark brown blackish mahogany, fizzying away tanned head. Heavy cacao powder nose, light instant coffee, sweet hazelnut, sweet soy chocolate milk. Taste is light herbal, wood, vegetable cacao, soy chocolate milk, sweet sugar, faint roast, ashes, touch instant coffee, light lactose,… Thin body, light instant coffee, light ashes. Reminds me of a Baltic Porter, nothing stellar but drinks okay. Looking at the ratings this is a great cost/value beer, worth picking up if local & cheap. Meaning as a cheap brew, this is a great deal.

Bottle. Pours hazy dark brown with airy light tan head. Clear aroma of malt, dried fruit and caramel. Roasty, malty flavour. It would be much better, if it didn’t have such an eerie bitter finish and if it wasn’t so watery.

Bottle @ Uncle Chris’ house in Fürth, courtesy of Anker. Thanks! Clear, dark reddish brown appearance with a light brown head. Quite fruity, a bit yeasty, chocolate malty aroma. Somewhat roasty chocolate malty, light toffee, a bit fruity, somewhat thin flavor. Bleh.

4/7 0.33 l bottle courtesy of ogivlado, thanks for giving it away! Shared with Doggythedog. It poured dark brown, nearly black body with medium sized ocher head. Aroma was pretty weak, coffee with some spices. Flavor is nice and pleasant, but unfortunately too watery. Dominated by coffee from roasted malt and some spices or fruitiness in traces. Finish is shorter, follows the flavor. Generally, it’s a fine stout, if only had somewhat more body.
