Bottle. Etre Gourmet. Pale, yellow gold. Lots of haze. Good covering of frothy, lasting, white head. Nose has orange and lime zest. Ice cream malts. Chewy yeast. Taste is yeasty and sweet, with hits of lemon zest. Foamy, creamy mouthfeel. Zesty, light bitter finish. Not too complex, but it’s clean and very easy drinking.

75 cl-flaska från Etre Gourmete. Gyllengul och disig med högt vitt skum. En relativt klassisk saison med en lätt lite fruktig sötma som balanseras av en rejäl gräsig beska. Lite jordig saisonjäst, citrus, frisk och riktigt trevlig.

@ WBF 2015. Hazy yellow colour, white foam. Fruity with herbal notes. Light sweet, bitter finish. Well balanced.

Huge, towering light yellowish head over veiled greenish yellow beer. Garden herbs nose, herbal, hops. Very herbal & vegetable bitter, slowly giving way to mildly sweet pale malts. Again herbs & hops. Finish has a fine point of phenolic tarriness, intriguing & nice. Light to medium body, very creamy MF from the head. Far from bad, grew on me.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty, light grassy. Bitter, fruity, light grassy. Dry and bitter finish.

Sampled @ ZBF 15. Hazy yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, a soft hint of fruits, a light sweet-bitter finish. A bit faint sort of speak. Low body, low carbonation.

One of the beers intended to resurrect this artisanal brewery after it had been closed down for a while. Hazy yellow blonde with greenish hue, dense and off-white head; aroma of lime zest, apple, mango, hay, hint of banana; sweetish taste, fruity (banana, pineapple) and honeyish even, but nowhere cloying; yeasty, rounded, somewhat powdery palate with agreeable malt sweetishness, bit grainy, herbal and drying hop bitterishness in the finish. Very decent.

Sampled @ Zyhos Bierfestival 2015 Trübe strohgelbe Farbe, geringe weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch grasig, trocken hopfig, Stroh. Geschmack trocken hopfig, leicht Citrus, Mango.
