Tast has also apple and some ripe banana with sweetness. Low caramel in the background. Yeast in the second part. Low bitterness. Above average carbonation. Okay.

Bottle from Delhaize. Pours clear golden with a lasting, thin, foamy, white head. Aroma of apple peel, banana, yeast, wort, white bread. Taste is fruity sweet, estery, notes of banana & ripe apple, quite some honey-like & bready malt with just a hint of bitter apple peel, grain & yeast. Dryish, grassy hoppy finish, mostly still banana estery. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Simple, drinkable Lager-like.

330ml bottle bought from djoeye. A solid white head reduced to a patchy layer. Golden body with a slight haze. Spotty lacing down the glass. Modest herbal hops, honey sweetness and yeast on the nose. The taste profile is dominated by candy fruits, moments of honey, peach and yeast. Ends with a bittersweet touch. Soft on the swallow. Medium bodied. Okay paring with a salty meat soup (Tromsø 21.08.2016).
