Ein Maß at the Cannstatter Wase. Deep golden color, large fluffy white head with nice lacing. Aroma of black pepper, straw. taste is peppery green hay. Nicer than most Oktoberfest beers.

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, hay, malty. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration, malty, cardboard and vegetable notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20111031]

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow to orange with no head. Aroma is toasted malty and light breadish. Toasted malty and light breadish to cornish. Bitter and toasted finish.

Sweet flavour, cara-malty and bready taste, medium bodied, smooth mouthfeel; sweet and slightly bitter finish with a light herbal hops character.
