Sour wheat beer originally coming from Leipzig, brewed for the first time in collaboration with a former craft brewery, who sold-out to Swinkels (Bavaria) Group in 2019. Goses are traditionally spiced with salt and coriander, but we decided to add bitter orange peels and bergamot: it’s fresh, aromatic, savoury, slightly sour and refreshing. Do you find it weird? Try it and you will change your mind!

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, yellow-ish pale golden colour with small, frothy, diminishing, white head. Fruity and minimally wheaty aroma has a touch of lemon juice, lemon zest, bergamot. Taste is slightly tart, fruity with a lemon note, some bergamot, slightly salty, a cautious herbal touch; prickling carbonation, minimally tart-ish-biting effect on lips and tongue. Light, refreshing, nice - excellent summer drink.

Aroma is sweetish and fruity with citrus and some honey. Flavour is somewhat tart with citrus, some salty tones and hints of honey. Refreshing, but a bit too salty.

A very light yellow beer with a quite weak and white head. The nose has strong lemon, slightly soapy, sourness, spices and wheat. Taste is strongly lemony, sourness that is not very strong, some salt, the end is slightly musty, unfortunately that decrease the freshness. Light bodied, medium carbonation. Refreshning beer and enjoyable even there are some little mistakes.
