Another Alliteration is an iteration of our beloved Farmhouse Noir. After fermenting and aging this dark and delightful ale in one of our 90bbl foudres, we pushed it to wine barrels where we added raspberries and tabulated the progression of time. Fruit forward, with a prickly palate, we generously give you Another Alliteration. Sante!

Bottle thanks to Tim & Adair! Pours clear reddish black, small tan head, good lacing. Aroma is tart and roasty, barnyard funk, raspberries and chocolate becoming more noticeable as it warms. Flavor is medium tart, roasty but not too much so, vinous and oaky, raspberry fruitiness provides a noticeable but not overpowering accent. Nice beer.
