Bottle 330ml. @ home.Clear dark black brown color with a large, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, fruity, light to moderate yeasty, bread yeast, dough, wood, smoke. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, malt bitter, wood bitter, berry - fruit - yeast tart notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20131228]

Bottled 330ml abm. Dark brown color. Small beige head. Aroma has caramel, light woody/tarry smokeyness, and then some barnyardish notes. Medium-bodied. Toasted flavor has some smokeyness and light vegetables. Quite dry porter.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein sehr dunkelbraunes fast schwarzes Bier mit gerinem bräunlichen Schaum. Geruch rauchig, röstmalzig, Schinken. Geschmack leicht röstmalzig, Kaffee. Insgesamt ist der Geschmack aber leicht zu dünn.

33 cL bottle. Pours pitch black with a small tan head. Aroma is dark roasted to breadish malty. Spiced, dark malty and roasted. Bitter and chocolate. Dry and roasted finish.
