330ml bottle from a food market in La Vila Joiosa. Dissipating tan-coloured head. Near black body, a brownish shade to it. Crocheted lacing. Dark mi-sweet malty nose, hints of sulfur. Better on the taste profile with smoked sausage malts added by dark chocolate moments. Roasted malty ending. Medium to thin bodied. Strange kind of aroma, tastes alright (shared with Esben by the pool at their place in La Vila Joiosa, 5.06.2016).

Bottle at home in London. Pours mostly clear, deep brown with a large, rocky tan head. There’s a pretty nice aroma, some ashy roast, raisins, mild milk chocolate. Light sweet flavor with lots of burnt peanut shells, some torched earth, burnt rubber, heavy bitter char. Light bodied with average carbonation. Lingering char in the finish, nips of baking cocoa, dried and vaguely tangy dark fruits. Nothing special but certainly not bad.

Bottle at the Room 118 tasting, Tulip Hotel Bodegraven, post BBF 6 day 1 26/09/14 thanks to whomever shared this one. Dark mahogany brown with a moderate light tan covering that retains. Nose is light roast, dark malts, toffee, cocoa notes. Taste comprises much the same as the aroma with very subtle smoke. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, lightly drying close. Ok.
