330ml Bottle - Hazy amber with a foamy head. Sultanas, raisins, caramel and brown sugar in the aroma. Fruity and slightly sweet taste with some metallic hints and notes of dried apricot, raisins, caramel and marzipan.

Bottle from Cornelius. Murky ruby body with a thin off-white head. Great lacing. Aroma of toffee apple, earth and red fruits. Flavour of dried apricot, yeast and caramel. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Faint carbonation prickle. Quite soft for its strength. Sweet, but not overly so. Nice.

Bottle at home. Pours clear reddish-brown, thin off-white head. Aromas of caramel and red berry fruit, light estery note too. Taste has a fruity sweetness, light bitterness. Light to medium body, thin texture, clean finish. Nice.
