Nice slightly fizzy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sour-ish fruity, grapefruit, tangerine, citrus peel, sorrel, rhubarb, hops, leafs, lemon. Taste is fresh sour, grapefruit, citrus peel, sorrel, rhubarb, tangerine, hay, soda powder. Medium bitterness, dry mild acidic mouthfeel. Very nice and easy drinking!

Taste is slightly dry sour-ish, sour grass, citrus peel, hay, soda powder, bark, paper, wood. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Nice.

[5/2/14] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. 1st session. As "Circus of Sour Chardonnay". 4% according to the festival program. Hazy pale yellow. Aroma of wood, white wine and some fruitiness. Sour flavor with lactic acid, white wine, lots of wood, fruitiness and a dry citric finish. Light-bodied.
