Sampled @ Borefts 2014. Slightly unclear pale yellow color, small to average sized white head. Nice citrussy fruity aroma with a slight sour hint. Tastes about the same: lightly fruity, nicely sour, sour fruits, dry finish, lightly a hint of wine. Quite decent I’d say.

Sampled draft @ Borefts 2014. Thank you! Pale yellow citrus, little head. Tart fizzy lemon, oak, light wine in the nose. Lactic taste, mineral, fizzy lemon, oak, wine. Fizzy body, dry, good but I had higher expectations.

26/IX/14 - on tap @ Borefts 2014 (Bodegraven) - BB: n/a (2014-1089) Thanks to Benzai, 77ships, fonefan and cgarvieuk for sharing today's beers!
Clear pale yellow beer, small white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: bit soapy, lemony, sourish, weird. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty sourish, lemony, bit watery, unpleasant sourness. Aftertaste: dry, little bitter, sour, very lemony, overall watery impression. Ok, I didn't know it was a 3.5% as I was drinking it. But still. That Berliner Weisse stuff might be interesting, but most of the times it's not very good. :p

On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014. This one is mildly blurry and almost a little pale golden looking in the glass. A lacing small sidesticking white head. Smells almost a bit of apples and grapes. Pear also. Old cheese and a faint citrus tone in the back. Definitely Otley not playing the main role her. Oh, that's refreshing. A sharp thinned down white wine vinegar, with lots of acidic pickled lemons. Kinda mourhdrying in the finish. Lingering acidic and refreshing with brett tones. If anything it lacks a bit on the mouthfeel - near mineral waterish. 02.05.2014

Tap at CBC 2014. Light yellow in the glass, small head. Mild-malty aroma. Starts mild-sourish, modest fruity like lemon. Finish less sour, malty-wheaty. Not bad!
