7fiddy thanks to Kenny. It pours lightly hazy golden - yellow with a decent white head. The aroma is grassy, leafy, cracker, lemon - lime, soor plooms, musty, leafy, melon, gooseberry, lemon sherbet, tangfastics and fizzy cola bottles. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, tangy, puckering, dry oak, grassy, green, leafy, lemon - lime, fizzy cola bottles, light oak, spicy, floury bread, tannin and waxy peel with a drying finish. Average body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Not a huge amount of depth to it, but drinkable.

750 ml. Aroma has notes of lemon, smarties, dusty basements. Taste is lightly tart, earthy, biscuity. Highly carbonated foamy mouthfeel.

Tasting at Erik's, bottle
Hazy to cloudy pale blond colour. Nice aroma, funky and bready (breadcrust). Bone dry; the yeast blend produces some earthy feeling.
Ok beer, but the aroma gave higher expectations.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright oak, with wild yeast and toasted nuts. Flavour is loaded with oak upfront, with gentle wild yeast, and rustic saison yeast. Complex, very well-curated, with a rustic, wild finish. Excellent.

750 bottle, from Garden Path. Pale, slight haze. Not much head. Yeasty aroma, just a touch of brett. Nice balance on the palate - good brett, lots of yeast, herbaceous hop notes. Good complexity. Lots of fun.

Sample at the Shelton Festival. Pours a pale, dull, yellow color, with a big, frothy, white head. The aroma is straw, orange peel, juniper, dust, and pine. Sweet and malty, with a light, pleasant bitterness. Light body, with a crisp, clean palate. This is a simple, dry, and tasty beer.

Bottle at Row 34 on 10/13/17.
Good clarity in this deep bronze-to-light-copper golden beer. Small white head atop shows moderate retention.
Soft honey, cracker, biscuit and light caramel in the nose lies underneath a fairly mild blanket of tart bacterial acids. Lemon-lime, apple-pear and light pepper phenols play nicely with the decocted pale malts, while the noble hops add gentle grass and herbal qualities. No alcohol or flaw, nothing weird going on here.
In flavor it's soft, malty, very dry, but not husky or thin, with light grass, peppery phenols, mild, well-lagered Brett acids adding lemon, lime, minor funk and mild lactic acidity, as well. Engaging, tight carbonation bolsters the perceived body and light biscuit and honey linger softly on end, in contrast to the moderate tartness. Very clean and well-executed beer.
