Note to self is a throw back to old school English style pale ales. Caramel in color and a balance in malt to hop bitterness. Using UK Challenger hops, Note to self has an earthy, spicy, and floral note that pairs well with the biscuit and crystal malts.

Nutty toffee malt and fresh hay aroma. Dark amber with large tan head. Moderately sweet nutty toffee malt, and moderately bitter/astringent fresh hay flavor. Good body. Nice.
