medium brown color. Pronounced chocolate and raspberry semi-dry nose. Oh wow. The raspberry and chocolate are very pronounced but don’t overwhelm and compliment each other fairly nice, low carbonation, modest acidity, smooth. Really well balanced, semi sweet. The raspberry tartness works really well. At 7.5% I feel this is very good but could be cranked up to 9%. Chocolate stouts are not my favorite, but this is fantastic
