Welcome to the beer version of spring skiing. Mount Crushmore is audacious like wearing a vintage one-piece snowsuit with fluorescent racing stripes, effervescent like champagne powder and eminently crushable like hard-charging fresh tracks at the local hill on a sun drenched weekday morning. Fermented cold and conditioned for guaranteed crispiness. You have arrived at the pinnacle of pilsner.

Dorada limpia de espuma de tamaño medio y duración buena. Aroma a grano. En boca es muy ligera. Apenas amargor. Tono cereal. Escaso matiz lupulado, le falta amargor y le sobra dulzor para acercarse al estilo.

Not a ton of noble hops but they are there at least. Golden pour with ok initial head. Not as crisp as the best of style. Golden pour with good head. Tap at airport brewhouse in Edmonton.

On tap at Banded Peak, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp grassy notes and biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp, with grassy hops, straw and crisp crackery malt. Crisp and clean, but with little depth. Under-hopped. It's okay.

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy straw colour with a medium, foamy, long lasting white head that laces. Mild aroma of crackery pale malt, grass and a hint of citrus. Sweet flavour of crackery pale malt, grapefruit and grass in a dry, mild bitter, piney hop finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Refreshing and definitely crushable. A great summer beer for out on the deck.
