We couldn’t finish up 2019 without one final haze-bomb to carry us through to 2020! Behold, the Dawn Chorus Hazy IPA, hopped exclusively with hops from New Zealand!
Early European settlers to New Zealand described a riot of birdsong and insect chirps from wild and strange creatures as first light broke over the new land. Sipping this beer, you’ll experience something similar - a riot of tropical fruit notes like pineapple, papaya and mango with bright citrus notes of orange and grapefruit - all from the medley of Taiheke, Motueka, Moutere and Nelson Sauvin hops.

473ml can. Pours a cloudy pale gold-yellow with yeast chunks that sink to the bottom. Sweet fruity aroma of pale malt, mango, pineapple, orange, grapefruit rind and weedy hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready pale malt, mango, pineapple, papaya, apricot, grapefruit rind, earthy yeast and weedy hops in a dry, bitter finish. Medium body with a sticky texture and average carbonation. Enjoyable and easy to put back.
