English mild ale is a throwback to a more simple time where people knew who they voted for and why, saw work as a wage rather than a lifestyle, and who chose their beer like they supported their sports team - because it was what you did and it wasn’t worth fussing over.
Simple Pleasures is what we drink to take life back a notch or two. There’s a ton of flavour for a light beer, with notes of light chocolate, biscuit, nuttiness, dried fruit – raisin, plum especially – and pours a delightful mahogany colour.
No pretension. No gimmicks. Just a refreshing, flavourful malt-accented beer that is readily suited to drinking in quantity (and at just 3.8% it’s perfect for having a few).

473ml can. Pours a clear dark brown with red hue and a small, foamy, short lived, beige head that laces. Aroma of roasted malt, dark chocolate, earth and nuts. Sweet flavour of chocolate malt, caramel and plum in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and average to soft carbonation. Malt forward and very sessionable.
