A few weeks back we had an amazing weekend of collaborations. The group from @jwakefieldbrew were in town for an event and reached out. Both groups had been thinking about brewing a beer with stroopwafels (over 350!!!) and this was the perfect chance. We threw in copious amounts of vanilla bean and mini marshmallows to round things out. We can't wait for you to enjoy!

Pitch black color. Lots of coffee, medium carbonation, full body, over the top coffee, but totally lacks depth. Not bad but not something I want again

Pours a rather thin, cola black, with a fast-dissipating tan head. Aroma has elements of vanilla, leather, some cardboard, chocolate, and coffee. Flavor follows. Mouthfeel is a bit on the thin side. There is some sweetness. Just doesn't have the body to be a really good stout. Back to the drawing board.
