Paljas Indian Pale Ale is brewed with 100% pale malts. The 4 selected hops (Tomahawk, Cascade, Saaz and Amarillo) are giving a fresh hoppy aroma and a nice bitterness of 35 IBU. This well balanced IPA is dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Hallertau Blanc hops, which gives some flavors of Sauvignon Blanc.

Many thanks to kappldav123 for sharing. Fresh grainy beginning. The hops are round and floral, refreshing in the back. Deep golden grainy, nice bittered, refreshing and round. Grainy refreshing in the aftertaste. Nice.

Huge thanks to JefVerstraete for that one! Bottle looks very simple. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Dry malty aroma. Starts malty, dry, a bit metallical, some sourish hints. Light fruity background with notes of apricot. Finish could be more balanced. Okay.

33cl Bottle, thanks Bart! Amber-brown colour, off-white head. Aroma of yeast, malts, some caramel, light floral hops, hint of citrus, grape. Flavour is medium sweet, malty, light fruity, caramel, light hoppy, goopy, hint of grapes, soft bitterness. Light bodied. Not great tbh.

On-tap in the Bier Paleis, Brugge on 16th May 2018. Amber body, full white crown on top. Citrus lead to the fruity nose, some malts for balance in the taste, lightly spiced somewhere along the line, nice blend of flavours and far to easy to drink, luckily it's only 6% ABV.

At Delaney's, Bruges. Pours hazy dark golden/orange with a big, frothy, white head. The aroma contains bitter hops, yeast, some citrus & grapefruit, spices & herbs. It tastes light fruity sweet and medium hoppy bitter; bit dry, citrussy & yeasty touch in the finish. Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation. Less IPA-like than I would have liked, but good enough.
