No head, almost translucent brown color. Slightly sweet malty nose , with brown sugar, Licorice and nice Belgian yeast. Reminded me of a dubble. Malty, lots of plums and dark fruit with bubble gum, fairly yeasty, the Shitake makes more of an appearance, wow, great depth, but could use a bit more body. Still this is good
