Bottle 0,75ltr: Wild yeast brew with an red amber colour slightly sourish and very accessible to drink. And vinous of taste, an Burgundy.

Pours hazy dark brown with a slightly offwhite thin head. Aromas of vinegar, sweet and funky berries, slightly grapey, yoghurt. Taste is tart grapes up front, vinegar and lots of yeast. Has some sour apples aswell. Dry tart finish.

Draught at Dynamo. Clean orange with a bubbly head. Aroma of crushed fruit. Flavour is bitter orange, red berries, dry sharp finish, smoked wood.

19/04/2019 - draught taster shared with the other visitors. Orange to red colour, no head. Nose is sweet and sour, red fruits. Taste is sour, bit wood, fruits, dry grape, sweet touch, bit oily. Nice

Sour with grapes on wine barrels becomes very vinous, strangely enough. Heavy tart, lots of grape, dry yet fruity, good bunch of wood. A bit drying. Yum, and all i hoped.
