Thanks Gregg for sharing the bottle! Poured into a taster showing deep opaque brown with sparse tanned white foam. The nose shows moderately intense notes of sweet Belgian yeast and light nuttiness. The palate is light bodied and well carbonated. Moderate Belgian yeast sweetness throughout.

Dark brown color. Smells like Chinese herbal medicine. Mouth is malty and a bit lifeless. With a horrible aftertaste. The Chinese medicine just lingers. Blah

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown 2016 bottle from FlandersNed poured into a snifter. Opaque dark brown with small-beige head. Aroma is dark fruit, medium body, medium/lower carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is dark fruit, some oak, and a little sherry.
