This is a collaboration with YYG Brewery from Tokyo. Brewed with a large portion of jasmine rice, a touch of red wheat, hopped and dry hopped with German Calista, and fermented with sake and lager yeasts at very low temperatures. Dry as a bone and remarkably drinkable, you will find subtle flavors of berry and pomegranate with a distinguishable aroma of bright sake.

16 ounce can. Hazy pale gold color. Frothy white head leaves lots of clinging lace. Grainy malt aroma hints at light citrus and mineral water. Light, crisp, dry malt flavor upfront. Reminiscent of dry Sake. Some earthy, grassy notes. A touch of ripe berries in finish. Pleasant and drinkable.

dry not too grassy. The sake yeast. Low medium bitterness. Fairly clean. Lingering sake finish.
