Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
no head golden, very nice funky nose with tea and perilla leafs, I assume, jumping out. Well integrated. Funky mouth but a bit too malty, the tea and leafs are there but not super well balanced and lacking bitterness. It’s not bad but just not a fantastic underlying saison but good potential
