pitch black color. Good roasted malt, coffee and Chocolate character, but pretty straight forward overall and somewhat boring

Draught at the brewery
Black color. Roasty and chocolatey, lean and soft, but also with traces of diacetyl.

Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 4.5
On tap at Perihelion, pours a deep dark brown / black with a tiny head. Aroma brings out toasted malt and some strange drake bready notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with toasted malt and stale bread. The stale bread quality is very off-putting. The palate is thin and weak. Not good at all.
